What to Do While You Wait for Service
Unless this is a life threatening emergency like fire or gas, immediately shut off the mains and call us at 724-465-6722.
No Heat
Check your thermostat settings and batteries. Make sure the power switch on the furnace is on. Check your breaker panel. Avoid using stoves, ovens, or other unsafe alternative heating sources.
No AC
Check your thermostat and breaker. Replace the air filter if it looks clogged. Close blinds and curtains to keep heat out until help arrives.
Water Leak or Burst Pipe
Shut off your main water supply immediately. Turn off the water heater if needed. Move valuables away from the affected area.
No Hot Water
Check the breaker (electric) or pilot light (gas). Avoid repeated resets, as this can cause further damage.
Gas Smell
