What a Professional Tune-Up Includes
Every tune-up is a full professional cleaning, inspection, and performance check. Here’s what that looks like by unit type:
Air Conditioning:
Condenser and evaporator coil cleaning, condensate drain clearing, and a complete performance check covering temperatures, pressures, capacitor testing, compressor readings, and refrigerant verification.
Furnace:
Burner and flame sensor cleaning, filter inspection and replacement (labor included for replaceable filters), plus full system diagnostics including voltage, amperage, igniter testing, gas pressures, and temperature readings. Oil furnaces get additional combustion testing.
Boiler:
Burner cleaning and inspection, condensate drain and flue pipe check, heat exchanger inspection, and expansion tank testing. Full visual inspection of the complete boiler system.
Mini Split:
Filter, indoor coil, and outdoor coil cleaning. Performance diagnostics including temperature readings, superheat, subcooling, voltage, and compressor checks.
Water Heater:
Heat exchanger flush (if applicable), flame sensor check, combustion testing, and gas pressure verification.

How much does the residential membership cost?
$17/month for one unit, $24/month for two units. Additional units are priced as add-ons.
What systems can I cover?
You choose: gas furnace, oil furnace, boiler, AC, heat pump, mini split, water heater, or geothermal unit. Most homeowners cover one heating unit and one cooling unit.
Do members get priority scheduling for emergencies?
Yes. Club members go to the front of the line on all calls, including after-hours emergencies.
Is there a plumbing membership?
Not at this time. The Elite Club Membership currently covers HVAC and water heater systems.
